Executive Talk “Making Organization FIT for the Future” is an event organized by National Innovation Agency (NIA), Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), and EDHEC Business school as a part of Thailand Futurist Conference 2023: Transforming to Resilient Future. The Executive Talk is scheduled for June 23, 2023, 16.00-18.30 PM (GMT+7), Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
The Executive Talk aims to foster a discussion and knowledge exchange between top executives and strategists from diverse field in private sector regarding organization’s adaptability and development to best prepare for future challenges and opportunities; to increase organization’s capacity in perceiving and capturing opportunities arising from changes in the future, enabling the organization to strive towards resilient and sustainable growth. All participants will be exclusively invited by direct invitation.
The talk will be led and moderated by Professor René Rohrbeck, Director of Chair for Foresight, Innovation, and Transformation, EDHEC Business School and UNESCO Chair for Organizational Anticipation, Resilient Leadership and Educational Innovation. Professor René is best known for his pioneering work on future preparedness of organizations. He has developed the Future FITness model, which measures the ability of organizations to use foresight to drive innovation and transformation. René is Professor of Strategy in France and Denmark and at EDHEC, one of the Top 5 business schools in France.
Top executives and academics will also be joining the Executive Talk to deliver keynote speech and share their own experience and knowledge. Our key speakers are Assistant Professor Karndee Leopairote, Chief Advisor for Future Foresight and Innovation of FutureTales Lab at MQDC and Phattharaset Noonpuckdee, Thailand Country Team Lead, LinkedIn.
